Product Manager

Requirements

  • This role is ideal for someone who comes with 8+ of work experience as a product/solutions marketer in the hi-tech industry and possess following capabilities:
  • Subject matter expertise in the specific industry vertical and our market – such as consumer electronics, automotive, healthcare, etc
  • Coming up with a lot of questions and ability to find answers through a web of uncertainty using the available means- people, websites, research reports, etc.
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position solutions and services around partner products
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
  • Test marketing product features, releases
  • Study competitor products and solution offerings overlapping our areas of operations
  • Translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria used in the semiconductor market
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
  • Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the technical problems we solve for our b2b buyers and their end customers
  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and technical team is especially important
  • Work as an independent developer & own the module completely
  • Coding/Programming & testing of assigned module
  • Feature enhancements, Integration & Bug fixing
  • Debugging various technical issues and provide solutions
  • Timely & Quality deliverables of the module

  • Compelling solution positioning around Digital (IoT/ML/AI/DevOps), VLSI & IP, Multimedia, Connectivity, and QA/Automation solutions
  • Marketing collateral for our IPs, solutions, accelerators
  • Service catalog resonating with technology buyer
  • Sales battle card related to vertical and applicable horizontal technologies
  • List of Tech Event participation to meet marketing outreach goals
  • Alignment with evolving partner products to update the service catalog and identify a new solution
